To visualize the amazing effects of the DURANBOARD, we arranged with the assistance of the ambulance of MKT Munich/Germany a vibration test run with the „Vibro-Control“ vibration-dosimeter on all kind of roads. To receive really valuable and reasonable results, one dosimeter was mounted on the DURANBOARD, the second directly below on the floor.

VISUALISATION

The „Vibro-Control“ devices quantify acceleration values according to ECE-R2002/44/EG, create a statistical projection for a continuous exposure of several hours and display the result by means of 4 LEDs:

The determined route (Bayern / Germany) lead us on any kind of road: From field tracks without pavement to inner city cobblestone roads to freeway and highway.

The mathematical evaluation of the statistical projection resulted inalmost similar exposures in horizontal direction.

TDepending on the condition of the road, DURANBOARD can absorb between 50 % up to 80% of acceleration by shocks
